Employers
Employers posting positions with this site agree to the terms above. We reserve the right to accept or decline any potential advertisement and/or job posting. Fees are non-refundable.
Errors in postings should be brought to our attention within three days of publication, and will be extended by the time in which they were incorrect.
Employers utilizing our screening services
A.S.P. Employment B.C. has strict confidential policies in place with all their staff. The screening that we undertake on behalf of the employer will only be shared with the employer that is designated to work with us on each job posting that they place. It is solely up to the employer if they wish to disclose any information to any other parties concerned in the hiring process. At all times applicants information that is passed on to the employer should be treated with the strictest of confidence. They shall not check on references or contact any other third party that may know or be involved with the applicant unless the applicant has given their full permission to do so.
Should the server or the site be non-operational for any reason, A.S.P. Employment B.C. will extend the advertising time for each day it is not in operation until the information on the server is restored.
Privacy Policy for clients using our Resume Services
Resumes will be viewed by A.S.P. Employment B.C.'s staff and sent to employers that are seeking applicants of your caliber. By sending us your resume you are giving us permission to share your details with potential employers. These employers will have entered into membership with A.S.P. Employment B.C and are reputable companies adhering to our terms and conditions. However, although A.S.P. Employment B.C only deals with reputable organizations, we cannot guarantee that all employers will keep within all the limitations we impose on them. If at any time you wish to remove your resume from our files then you may do so by emailing us with your instructions.
Schools or colleges using our site
It is up to the school or colleges to register with our site in order to give us their up-dated and correct information regarding their contact information and course information. If they are not registered with us then A.S.P. Employment B.C will not be responsible for the content of the information provided to the general public.
